In order to further increase the quality of certified partners displayed on its App Store, Mercado Livre launched its developer partner program, the Developer Partner Program.
Partners are evaluated according to 5 requirements that, based on the level each one has, will place them in Certified, Silver, Gold or Platinum.
Meet the 5 requirements below:
Number of active users
An application can be asked to certify when it has a certain number of users interacting repeatedly in the last 3 months.
To reach Platinum level, at least 350 users are required
GMV(e) of active users
GMV(e) is the monthly dollar billing of active users.
Using this metric, it is possible to define what type of customers use each application, taking into account their billing, transactions, account size, etc.
The monthly billing of active users, to be a Platinum Partner is a minimum of $20.000.000
It's time to multiply your sales
Deployment speed on new features
Implementation of new features in the tool, at least every 60 days.
Number of certified employees
The team of collaborators must take a test that guarantees the knowledge, and present the best results.
customer satisfaction
Customer satisfaction, through a quarterly NPS, to all active users (in order to know the degree of loyalty/satisfaction of this user with the application.
