About the human service department
We are responsible for helping our customers, we take care of all pre-sales questions and simultaneously train the robot together with the Artificial Intelligence team, sending suggestions for answers and reviewing the answers it has already sent.
We maintain direct contact with our customers and help with their operation.
About the customer success department
Our team is responsible for maintaining close contact with the customer to ensure that they are successful in using the contracted service so that they are engaged with the solution and also understand their main pain points and needs to generate new business opportunities to increase the average ticket from the company.

We are the area responsible for developing the screens through which users will interact with our products and also for providing the best — and most fantastic — consumer experiences to the user in our panels.
About the finance department
The finance team at GoBots is responsible for payments, receipts, bad debt, purchasing and accounting. We also carry out future projections, analysis of costs and results for our investors and partners.
And in addition, we reimburse employees and sales commissions, having direct participation in the monthly payroll and interaction with all teams.
About the infrastructure department
Our area is responsible for all IT initiatives and business automation anywhere and everywhere. Enabling the frictionless exchange of data and operations across ecosystems. We also work with resource and service monitoring, task management and technical meetings.
