  • Accompany and guide the customer, so that they achieve their results, extracting the maximum value from our solution;
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the customer journey;
  • Helping the product and technology team to constantly improve our solutions;
  • Assist in actions in the area related to mapping or updating the customer journey, updating personas, Score (customer health) and customer satisfaction with engagement actions (ongoing);
  • Bring new practices to everyday life, so that the customer perceives our delivery always with higher quality;
  • Constantly communicate metrics and critical points to the team;
  • Create opportunities to generate additional revenue;
  • Work with internal teams on ideas for new features or updating existing ones.


  • Be studying for an undergraduate degree;
  • Experience with customer service;
  • Written and spoken communication that convey security and assertiveness;
  • Analytical, critical and business advisory capacity.


  • Experience with sales, negotiation, contract closing.
  • Previous experience in customer portfolio management;
  • Previous experience with SaaS model;
  • Experience in technology and retail or e-commerce market;
  • Experience with Pipedrive, oracle CRM, salesforce, mailframe and/or pipefy;
  • English and/or Spanish.
