One of the features of the GoBots panel that improves your customers' experience is sending out-of-office messages outside of your store's opening hours.

For register the after-sales absence message, you need:

1) Access the link: https://painel.gobots.com.br/

2) In the top menu, click on your username

3) select settings

4) Click away messages

5) Click on after-sales on the left side of the screen

6) Click on add away message

7) Select the days of the week, start time and end time for sending the message and write the corresponding message

8) Click on add message

It's possible edit ou remover the away message by clicking the pencil or trash can icons in the right corner of each message.
