One of the features of the GoBots panel that improves your customers' experience is sending out-of-office messages outside of your store's opening hours.

For register the pre-sales absence message, you need:

1) Access the link: https://painel.gobots.com.br/

2) In the top menu, click on your username

3) select settings

4) Clicking away messages (pre-sales)

5) Activate away message on available button

6) Write the corresponding away message

7) Click on save message

How does the pre-sales away message work?

1) First, your store's robot will try to answer the question. If he does not have the trained answer and the service team is not available, the absence message will be sent 15 minutes after the question has been asked.

2) If a customer sends more than one question in the same ad within 24 hours, the away message will only be sent for the first question asked, so that the customer service team can answer the customer's question later.
