MAIN ACTIVITIES AND CHALLENGES

  • Accompany and guide the customer, so that they achieve their results, extracting the maximum value from our solution;
  • Manage your own customers, working directly with them throughout their lifecycle;
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the customer journey;
  • Carry out preventive and corrective actions that guarantee the achievement of goals by supporting the strategy;
  • Helping the product and technology team to constantly improve our solutions;
  • Analyse, prepare reports and present results to the management that show the result of the area;
  • Record customer engagement efforts in pipedrive;
  • Mastering and giving visibility to the health of the client portfolio;
  • Carrying out trading actions with a focus on portfolio retention;
  • Bring new practices to everyday life, so that the customer perceives our delivery always with higher quality;
  • Constantly communicate metrics and critical points to the team;
  • Work with internal teams on ideas for new features or updating existing ones.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in Customer Success and customer portfolio management;
  • Written and spoken communication that convey security and assertiveness;
  • Analytical, critical and business consulting skills;
  • Energy and focus to achieve goals.

DIFFERENTIALS

  • Previous experience with SaaS model;
  • Experience in technology and retail or e-commerce market;
  • Experience with Pipedrive;
  • English and/or Spanish.
