Today begins a new series of publications on the GoBots networks, the Gente GoBots interviews, where we will bring several of our collaborators to talk a little about their experience with us and mainly tell you a little more about themselves.
The first guest is Aline Diniz, who told us a little about her trajectory and also what it's like to be a Customer Support Analyst here at gobots!
1 – What led you to pursue this career?
I confess that I always knew that I wanted to work in a communicative area and that I had direct contact with customers, but I did not know the Customer Success area.
I did an internship in customer service at another company, then I joined GoBots and had the opportunity to have a more proactive job as a CS.
I discovered the area while working.
Today, with a little more knowledge of the subject, I found myself in love with Customer Experience.
2 – What moment are you most proud of within GoBots?
I will mention a moment that marked me a lot.
Happy hour end of year 2020.
I remember a moment when I said that I liked working here because I made real friends and I started to cry.
Of course, I'm thrilled with the goals reached, with the milestone of 300 customers, but it becomes even more special when it's done with friends.

3 - When you are not working, what do you like to do?
I'm very active on social media, but what I really like is being in the company of my friends listening to pop music and drinking good drinks.
I really like sleeping too!
4 – Who inspires you and why?
I really like people who mix work with good humor.
I have a reference that fits this: The writer Ruth Manus, who at the same time delivering a doctoral thesis, launches a book and advocates, shares the routine monkeys and all the things that don't work out (just like life is) .
I like to be recognized as a person who works hard and brings excitement to the people around me.
5 – Tell us one of your dreams
I want to have a little apartment with a balcony, a cat and a sausage dog.
I believe that the greatest asset is for us to live in peace and know that we are respecting each other in every action we do.
Who doesn't want to see the world, right?
I believe it would be really cool to get involved in some artistic production one day (sing a song, record a video or a podcast, maybe?).
